Oregon Educators: Professional Development Units

Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission requires teachers to accrue Professional Development Units (PDUs) as a means of ensuring that Oregon educators stay current in their fields. IntegratED provides opportunities for Oregon educators to obtain these PDUs.

Responsibilities of the participant claiming Professional Development Units:

  • Participant must register as an IntegratED Portland full conference attendee to be eligible.
  • Participant must be in actual (physical) attendance at the Portland Airport Sheraton location at the time of the IntegratED Portland Conference.
  • Participant must complete the conference evaluation form in its entirety, including posting their contact information for verification purposes.

All Oregon educators that meet the aforementioned requirements will receive the following PDUs in return:

  • Opening & Closing Keynotes (3 hours)
  • Four Active Learning Workshops (6 hours)
  • Two Member All Call and Sponsor Expert Sessions (2 hours)
  • Team Collaboration/MakerSpace/Demo Lab Time (5 hours)

Total: 16 professional development units

Washington Educators: Continuing Education Clock Hours

Washington State Continuing Education Clock Hours are a means of ensuring that Washington State certified teachers and administrators stay current in their fields. OETC is an official in-service administrator of clock hours for Washington State, and IntegratED is a rich opportunity for Washington educators to log those clock hours.

Responsibilities of the participant claiming continuing education clock hours:

  • Participant must register as an IntegratED Portland full conference attendee to be eligible.
  • Participant must be in actual (physical) attendance at the Portland Airport Sheraton location at the time of the IntegratED Portland conference.
  • Participant must sign the daily Washington State Continuing Education roster that is located at the registration desk.
  • Participant must complete the conference evaluation form in its entirety, including posting their contact information for verification purposes.

All Washington educators that meet the aforementioned requirements will receive the following clock hours in return:

  • Opening & Closing Keynotes (2 hours)
  • Four Active Learning Workshops (6 hours)
  • Two Member All Call and Sponsor Expert Platform Sessions (2 hours)

Total: 10 clock hours
