You will check in with OETC staff when you arrive at the Sheraton, and we will help you get started.

Exhibiting at the IntegratED and AcceleratED events includes the following:
You can set up from 4:00—7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23 and/or from 7:30–8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 24.
All exhibits must be set up, with boxes stored and aisles clear, no later than 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 24.
You can take a look at the IntegratED and AcceleratED event schedules (each event has its own schedule) and plan your exhibiting schedule accordingly to get the most exposure and connect with event attendees.
Dismantling of exhibits can begin at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, February 26. We encourage you to wait until closer to 2:00 p.m. to start breaking down, as we have had participants ask for more time to visit exhibits before the closing keynote.
All exhibits must be removed by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26.
We incentivize attendees to visit your exhibit with a raffle drawing for prizes donated by sponsors. When you check them in at your exhibit they get an entry in the drawing, and you get the contact information of every attendee you check in. Exhibitors must donate a prize in order to obtain access to attendee contact information.
You will receive instructions on how to use our attendee check-in system when you connect with OETC staff upon arrival.
We ask for a prize that is over $250 in value. This donation gives you access to the contact information of attendees that check in at your booth at IntegratED and AcceleratED.
Drop off your donation and business card at the OETC registration desk upon your arrival.
All donations must be dropped off with OETC staff by 4:00 p.m. on the first day of the event (Wednesday, February 24).

OETC does not provide the contact information of attendees to third parties. Exhibitors that donate a raffle prize do have the opportunity to collect contact information of attendees that check in at their exhibit during the events.
OETC conducts competitive procurements following state law. There is no preference given to those who sponsor our events.
