Two Key Changes to the Vendor Experience

Why make the change?

We want our attendees to have a vendor experience that maintains the high standard we apply to our event workshops and studios, and we want our vendors to have a rewarding conference experience and make meaningful connections at our events. To achieve this, we are making two key changes to the vendor model at IntegratED and AcceleratED 2016.

  1. Vendor Application

    Our new vendor application is designed to help us select vendors that will make meaningful connections with our attendees.

  2. Applications must be submitted by January 11, 2016.

  3. Interactive Vendor Exhibits

    Vendors selected for IntegratED and AcceleratED 2016 will create an interactive environment that will inspire the attendees to engage and learn, and give a clear idea of how vendor products and services can be used within the current school framework.

Vendor Spaces

Three connected learning spaces where event attendees can interact with vendor products and services in a variety of exhibits that engage, inform and entertain.

Interactive Playground

An activity-driven exhibit space where attendees can learn, play and explore.

MakerSpace

A hands-on exhibit space focused on doing, building and making.

Demo Lab

A demonstrative exhibit space featuring computer and A/V tools for attendees to explore.

Next Steps for Vendors

  1. Read the Rubric

    OETC and June Labs have created a rubric to aid in processing vendor applications for IntegratED and AcceleratED 2016. Interested vendors are encouraged to look over this rubric before applying.

  2. Develop Ideas and Get Support

    We want vendor applicants to be confident and excited about their exhibit ideas, and we are more than willing to offer support in order to achieve that. Interested vendors can contact OETC for assistance.

    June Labs Webinars

    June Labs will be hosting three one-hour webinars on Google Hangouts to help selected vendors brainstorm ideas for engaging, interactive exhibits that effectively highlight their products and services. The webinars will be small, conversational workshops designed to give vendors direct support as they develop their ideas for IntegratED and AcceleratED.

  3. Fill Out Application

    All vendors interested in exhibiting at IntegratED and AcceleratED 2016 must fill out a brief application. The application is designed to help us select vendors that will make meaningful connections with our attendees based on a shared mission to improve education.
